Requirements:
- Maintain a Job Success Score of 90% or higher for at least 3 consecutive months
- Complete at least 10 projects or earn $5,000
- Maintain a response rate of at least 90%
- No policy violations within the last 3 months
Top Rated Plus
AdvancedThe Top Rated Plus badge represents the elite tier of freelancers who have demonstrated exceptional performance and earnings.
Requirements:
- Earn at least $15,000 in the past 12 months
- Maintain a Job Success Score of 90% or higher for at least 6 consecutive months
- Complete at least 20 projects or earn $20,000 lifetime
- No policy violations within the last 12 months
Rising Talent

Understanding Job Success Score
The Job Success Score (JSS) is a key metric for freelancers that measures client satisfaction with your work. It's calculated based on client feedback, project completions, and long-term client relationships.
How it's calculated:
- Client feedback (public and private)
- Project completion rate
- Long-term client relationships
- Contract size and duration
Your JSS is updated every 14 days based on your performance over the past 6 months, with more recent projects weighted more heavily. Maintaining a high JSS is crucial for earning and keeping Top Rated status.
